Background:

Hello, I’m Tracey and the owner of Executive Waste Solutions Inc. Some of you may know me from my years of working in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Well, now I am out and on my own and offering my knowledge and expertise to you.

I have over 23 years of experience in the environmental industry, working across three provinces. My background includes roles in not-for-profit organizations, provincial and municipal governments, and the industrial sectors. I specialize in waste management facility operations, understanding government regulations and compliance, as well as extended producer responsibility (EPR). Additionally, my experience encompasses policy writing and training to support industry best practices and regulatory adherence.

My experience and training encompass more than just environmental services; I also specialize in efficiency reviews and support for written submissions. As an established policy and procedure writer at Executive Waste Solutions Inc., I recognize the significance of producing high-quality, meticulously crafted content that is consistent with your brand's tone.

I possess a strong attention to detail and a proficient command of language, enabling me to review your existing materials, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and work collaboratively with you to improve the clarity, conciseness, and overall effectiveness of your bid and tender submissions. By utilizing my expertise, you can ensure that your written documents effectively convey your capabilities, distinguish your offerings in the marketplace, and heighten your chances of securing valuable contracts.

Whether you need assistance with crafting a compelling executive summary, refining technical specifications, or polishing the overall presentation, I am here to provide the support and guidance you require. Together, we can elevate your written submissions and position your organization for success in the environmental and waste management industry.

I possess a strong educational background with two Bachelor of Science degrees. My first degree has an advanced major in biology and a minor in English, while my second is a Bachelor of Agricultural Science that honors in environmental biology and includes a minor in chemistry. Since 2020, I have served on the Board of Directors for the Solid Waste Association of North America - Northern Lights Chapter (SWANA-NL), currently holding the position of Director for Alberta. Additionally, I am active in Alberta CARE and the Recycling Council of Alberta. My training includes Basic Emergency Management and various levels of Incident Command Systems (100, 200, and 300). I have gained practical experience working in the planning and operations sections at regional emergency operations centers.

I am passionate about all branches of the environment, however waste management is more of my specialty. I have kept up to date on the new technology, innovations and regulations as they pertain to communities across Alberta, including the First Nations communities.

If you need assistance understanding Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), we are here to help. Whether you require extra support without the need to hire a full-time employee or if you're looking for individualized service with a personal touch, our team is ready to assist you.

Are you confident in your compliance with all regulatory requirements? We can provide guidance and support to ensure you meet these standards. If your landfill operation plan or composting operation plan requires updates, or if they have not been documented, we can help with that process.
